Your journey forward starts with a reset.

Let’s rebuild together.

Often, when we face challenges and difficult moments, opportunity is not the first thing that comes to mind. Instead, we may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the way forward. But the truth is, the struggles we encounter can also be powerful turning points— chances to grow, transform, and rebuild.

At RESET.REBUILD, we believe that change is possible when we take a closer look at the habits, cycles of behaviour, and thought patterns that shape our lives. By working together, we can identify what’s holding you back and begin to restructure these patterns in a way that supports lasting, positive change.
about mark

Accredited therapist dedicated to helping you improve your mental well-being.

Change is constant. For many, it brings uncertainty, anxiety, and challenge—something I’ve personally experienced throughout my own life. But change also brings possibility. It shapes who we are, how we grow, and the way we move forward.

I have always been deeply curious about people’s experiences—what has brought them to this moment, what they feel, and how they navigate the world. Stress, anxiety, depression, and a whole spectrum of emotions are part of being human, and yet, no two journeys are ever the same.

As someone who has personal experience with neurodivergence, I understand the importance of creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My passion lies in helping people explore their habits, cycles of behaviour, and thought patterns—not with judgment, but with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can identify what’s holding you back and reshape these patterns to create meaningful, lasting change.
My own path has taken me through winding trails of self-discovery, with highs and lows, wins and losses. What I’ve learned is that embracing all parts of ourselves—the good, the difficult, and everything in between—allows us to step into who we truly want to be. It’s not about chasing perfection or waiting for the "right" moment. It’s about building a life that lets you be present in the journey, not just the destination.
You already have everything within you to create change. Sometimes, you just need the right support to help you see it. Let’s work together to reset, rebuild, and move forward—on your terms.

The therapies I offer

I believe that no single mode of therapy fits every individual. Each person’s journey is unique, shaped by their personal history, challenges, strengths, and goals. Because of this, I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies to offer a tailored and flexible approach. By integrating  different models, I aim to meet clients where they are, ensuring that the support provided is relevant, responsive, and effective for their individual growth and healing process.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

What if you didn’t have to fight your thoughts and feelings, but instead learned to make peace with them? ACT helps you move forward by accepting what you can’t change and committing to actions that align with your values. Through mindfulness and self-compassion, you can let go of struggle, embrace the present, and create a life that truly matters to you.

ADHD Coaching

As someone who has personal experience with neurodivergence, I understand firsthand the challenges—and strengths—that come with ADHD. I know what it’s like to struggle with focus, motivation, and the constant mental to-do list, but I also know that with the right strategies, ADHD can be managed in a way that supports success, confidence, and well-being. My journey has been one of trial, learning, and growth—discovering tools that help me move forward, build structure, and embrace the way my brain works.

Schema Therapy

The patterns we repeat in life often come from deeply ingrained beliefs—many formed in childhood. Schema Therapy helps uncover these core beliefs and understand how they shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By recognising and reshaping unhelpful patterns, you can break free from the cycles that keep you stuck and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Your thoughts are powerful—they can lift you up or hold you back. CBT helps identify negative thinking patterns and reframe them in a way that supports growth and well-being. By challenging unhelpful beliefs and developing practical coping strategies, you can change how you think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Big emotions can feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to control your life. DBT offers powerful tools to help you manage emotions, improve relationships, and develop resilience in the face of stress. Through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills, you can learn to respond to life’s challenges with confidence and balance.

Attachment and Systems Theory

Our relationships shape us, from early childhood to adulthood. Attachment and Systems Theory explores how past experiences influence the way we connect with others and how family, social, and cultural systems impact our well-being. By gaining insight into these dynamics, you can strengthen relationships, set healthy boundaries, and build deeper, more secure connections.

Narrative Therapy

You are the author of your own story. Narrative Therapy helps you step back and look at your life from a new perspective, separating yourself from problems that may feel like part of your identity. By rewriting limiting narratives and embracing your strengths, you can take control of your story and shape a future that feels meaningful and empowering.

Behaviour-Focused Therapy

Sometimes, the smallest changes in behaviour can lead to the biggest transformations. This approach focuses on practical strategies to shift unhelpful habits, reinforce positive actions, and create lasting change. By understanding what drives your behaviours, you can develop new patterns that support your goals and well-being.
